It is a family owned and operated business whose primary goal is to provide old fashioned customer service with a knowledgeable staff and a vast array of in stock items, for "home and professional" use. If we don't have it, we have the resources to either order the item for our customer, or sometimes make a referral, assuring that the customer is taken care of.
